Terms of Service

Last updated May 4, 2026

These are the rules for using uppit. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13 to use uppit.
  • One account per person. Don't impersonate someone else or use a name designed to deceive.
  • Keep your password secret. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules, abuse the community, or harm other users.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you post on uppit. By posting it you grant uppit a non-exclusive license to display, store, and share it inside the app for the purpose of running the service. You can delete your content at any time.

Don't post:

  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content targeting people for who they are.
  • Sexual content involving minors. Ever.
  • Other people's private information without consent.
  • Spam, scams, or content that promotes self-harm.
  • Content you don't have the rights to share.

We can remove content and suspend accounts for any of the above. We don't actively monitor every post but we will act on reports.

Pro subscription

  • Pro is billed via Stripe — monthly ($19), yearly ($149), or lifetime ($199, while available).
  • Monthly and yearly auto-renew. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Lifetime is a one-time payment that grants Pro features for as long as uppit is operating. It does not auto-renew.
  • Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial without being charged.
  • Refunds: contact us if a charge looks wrong and we'll work it out.

Tokens

Tokens are an in-app virtual currency. They have no cash value, are non-refundable once spent, and cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for money.

Service availability

We work hard to keep uppit running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

uppit is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to uppit is limited to the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. For material changes we'll email registered users and update the "last updated" date.
